All cancellations must be made as soon as possible with a minimum of 1/2 day’s notice. If you miss your appointment without canceling, you’ll be considered a “No-Show”, and the cost of requested services will be added to your next visit. Additionally, until the fee has been paid, “No-Shows” cannot book future appointments.

Without a phone call, we honor a 5-minute grace period assuming we are still capable of accommodating your service request(s) with the remaining time of your appointment slot. Any client arriving after the grace period forfeits their appointment and are asked to wait in line as a walk-in.

We here at Modern Rebel Barbershop feel these policies are fair to both the Client and the Staff. We do our best to accommodate, but this is our livelihood. Please be respectful of our time.
